âą Outbound calling to potential customers to introduce our Fuel Card product. âą Manage inbound customer calls and ensure appropriate follow-up actions are taken to convert. âą Identifying customer needs and providing appropriate product recommendations. âą Delivering persuasive sales pitches and, where appropriate, product demonstrations to potential customers, highlighting relevant benefits and features. âą Closing sales deals and achieve monthly sales targets consistently. âą Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system (Salesforce). âą Providing exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns. âą Collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales goals and improving overall sales performance. âą Staying updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors' offerings to effectively position our products/services in the market.
âą Fluent in Polish and German. âą Education: finished high school. âą Ideally you will have experience in telesales or a similar sales role. âą Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. âą Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities. âą Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers. âą Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. âą Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools. âą Ability to work independently and as part of a team. âą Strong organisational and time management skills. âą High level of resilience and ability to handle rejection. âą Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
