• Conduct outbound and inbound calls to generate insurance quotes and close new business • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships • Educate clients on coverage options and tailor policies to meet their needs • Achieve and exceed sales goals on a monthly and quarterly basis • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
🎯 Requirements
• Active Pennsylvania Property and Casualty Insurance License required • 1+ years of insurance sales experience preferred • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment • Proficiency with sales and CRM software tools
