📋 Description
• Investigating and confirming the facts of loss for advanced automobile accidents • Determines coverage, liability, damages and adjusts and negotiates claims within limit of authority • Handles investigation regarding all aspects of advanced auto claims • Learns how to review, evaluate, and negotiate basic to moderate injury claims • Identifies customer needs and meets those needs using appropriate customer service skills.
🎯 Requirements
• 2 or more years of experience (Preferred) • Solid background in coverage investigation • Strong organizational skills • Attention to detail • Adaptability • Effective time management • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
