📋 Description
• Review insurance policy and coverages • Investigate complex automobile claims and determine coverage and liability • Settle claims in accordance with organization’s policies and practices • Collaborate with the customer, service suppliers, other insurance companies and law enforcement
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum high school education or equivalent • 3 - 5 years of customer service experience • Previous auto adjuster experience preferred • Knowledge in understanding and interpreting policies • Commitment to providing outstanding customer service • Proficient keyboard skills and computer literacy
