📋 Description

• Answer high volume inbound calls and provide effective quality customer service regarding property insurance. • Support borrowers and Carrier/Agents by providing detailed information on how to obtain their property insurance. • De-escalate calls and process complaints and handle disbursement of premiums.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (Preferred) • 0-2 years experience (Preferred)
