📋 Description
• Investigate and confirm facts of loss for Homeowners Claims • Determine coverage, damages and negotiate claims within limit of authority • Manage complex homeowner claims from initial inspection through resolution • Collaborate with customers, contractors, and internal partners to ensure timely resolution • Assess damages and prepare detailed estimates for claim outcomes
🎯 Requirements
• Active Home Resident Property & Casualty License, Designated Home State (DHS) Florida or Texas License, or applicable Appraiser License • Hands-on experience in investigation and management of complex homeowner claims • Broad understanding of insurance policies and relevant regulations • Excellent customer service skills • Familiarity with residential construction and repair processes • Experience with Xactimate for damage assessments
