📋 Description
• Analyzes and processes mitigation, restoration, abatement or mediation invoices for payment • Delivers compassionate service to ensure customer retention • Works independently, prioritizing and managing own workload • Researches and responds to moderately complex customer/vendor communications • Summarizes documents and enters into claim system notes
🎯 Requirements
• Property claims experience with mitigation, restoration, and abatement • Strong organizational skills in pending assignment management • One to two years of estimate proficiency in Xactimate preferred • IICRC certifications are a plus • Strong communication and customer focus • Negotiation and vendor management skills
