📋 Description

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex, multi-workstream programs aligned to enterprise strategy, transformation, and Talent Enablement priorities. • Translate business goals into clear roadmaps, milestones, and measurable outcomes tied to value realization and customer impact. • Drive delivery across scope, timeline, budget, and quality with strong governance, tracking, and reporting discipline. • Build trusted partnerships across executives, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders; influence decisions and drive alignment without formal authority. • Communicate complex concepts through clear, executive-ready insights, reporting, and recommendations on progress, risks, and trade-offs.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in project management, program management, business transformation, operations, or a related field. • Strong expertise in project and program management, governance, and structured delivery within complex, matrixed organizations. • Proven ability to lead enterprise work through influence, building alignment, engagement, and accountability across diverse stakeholders. • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategic priorities into executable roadmaps, measurable outcomes, and business impact. • Experience with enterprise project management, reporting, and collaboration tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel dashboards, Teams, SharePoint, Smartsheet, Jira, Microsoft Project).
