• Engage with prospective customers through inbound and outbound sales conversations • Convert warm leads into customers using a proven consultative sales strategy • Assist customers with insurance quotes and coverage recommendations • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development activities • Work from home in a fast-paced call center
🎯 Requirements
• Actively enrolled in a 4-year college, 2-year community college, or technical program • Minimum GPA of 3.0 • Ability to obtain a Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Producer license • Reliable high-speed internet with wired connection (Ethernet)
