📋 Description

• Drive quality improvement across the Southwest Region by conducting claim audits • Identify trends and partner with leaders and adjusters to improve claim handling performance • Use audit results to provide meaningful feedback, coaching, and training that supports a culture of continuous improvement • Serve as a trusted consultant to claims teams by influencing positive change and developing adjusters through constructive feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Claims auditing experience • Strong background in Casualty Extended Handling Bodily Injury (EHBI) and litigation claims as preferred • Experience auditing claims and thorough understanding of audit methodologies, quality standards, and claims best practices • Ability to provide constructive feedback, facilitate meaningful conversations around quality, and influence positive change at all levels of the organization • Comfortable handling the most complex auto claims (coverage, liability, and damages) with discretion and independence within an increased level of authority.
