📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional innovation teams to build high-impact products, business models, and strategies • Define hypotheses, scope work, and validate ideas • Guide product delivery and market execution • Shape Allstate’s product ecosystem by developing a strategic roadmap • Communicate strategy and foster collaboration across teams • Drive strategic partnerships and unlock new opportunities • Scale new ventures and establish a product development process • Own a forward-looking product roadmap • Launch and sustain new products through effective go-to-market strategy • Define outcome-based metrics tied to market opportunity and customer adoption

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years of cross-functional leadership experience • Proven record of driving impact at top companies • Experience in product development at leading digital consumer or technology companies • Vision for digital innovation and exceptional customer experiences • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills • Ability to lead and influence high-performing teams • Experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments • 10 or more years of experience (Preferred)
