📋 Description
• Provide real-time and critical business-focused legal advice primarily relating to cybersecurity, incident response, and related investigations • Lead investigations and collaborate with stakeholders in Law & Regulation, risk, security, technology, etc. • Maintain knowledge of US privacy, information security, and cybersecurity laws and regulations • Support cybersecurity, resiliency, and fraud legal counseling for the enterprise • Conduct risk analyses on key issues and make strategic recommendations • Advise business partners on legal subjects and risk management • Escalate matters to support legal and compliance risk identification and mitigation
🎯 Requirements
• Juris Doctorate and active bar membership in good standing in state of practice • A minimum of 7 years of legal experience
