📋 Description
• Investigate and confirm facts of loss for complex automobile accidents • Determine coverage, liability, damages and adjust claims • Mentor junior employees • Review and evaluate moderate to complex injury claims
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in claims adjusting • Familiarity with MI statute, MCCA handling and MI litigation (preferred) • Advanced understanding of insurance policies • Skills in case management and claims resolution • Ability to negotiate and evaluate complex claims
