📋 Description

• Lead a team of specialists who will support a new operating model in talent development. • Execute a skills-driven organization strategy. • Measure the progress on a phased multi-year plan to move the organization towards an innovative approach to skills and capabilities management. • Define and execute the change strategy to bring Allstate to a skills-driven organization. • Implement a skills taxonomy and ontology to validate skills and capabilities across functions. • Manage a team focused on identifying and executing opportunities to infuse the talent marketplace mindset. • Build strategic relationships and socialization of new ways of viewing talent profiles.

🎯 Requirements

• 10 or more years of experience (Preferred). • Strong executor with understanding of emerging research, leading practices. • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset. • Fluency in digital strategies and technological advancements such as working with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning strongly preferred. • Deep expertise in HR and integrated talent management best practices. • Strong change agility - thrives in a complex, fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment. • Lifelong learner, with a passion for developing talent and leadership at all levels. • Naturally courageous point of view and an analytical approach to problem-solving with speed. • Confident and decisive leadership style, with an emphasis on collaboration and communication.
