📋 Description

• Develop and streamline product development processes to improve efficiency • Standardize documentation, workflows, and best practices for product and UX teams • Collect and analyze product performance data to support PM and UX teams • Manage and optimize tools like Jira, Confluence, Product Plan, Figma, and Lucid Spark • Document user feedback loops and assist UX designers in research synthesis • Create low-fidelity wireframes to visualize product ideas and concepts • Conduct competitive analysis to summarize findings and present insights to the team

🎯 Requirements

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program; preferably a rising junior or senior • Passionate about technology, user experience, and growth strategies • Interest in product management, demonstrated through past school or side projects, work experience, or knowledge about the field • Interest in designing intuitive user experiences and simplifying complex workflows • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and inform product decisions • Interest in growth strategies, A/B testing, and product-led growth • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced environment.
