• Creates high-level technical designs for complex projects and maintenance efforts by analyzing requirements and systems architecture. • Collaborates with technology partners and adheres to tool standards with little assistance. • Assesses, documents, and mitigates design constraints and/or risks and performs design reviews to develop and support optimal IT solutions. • Acts as front-line support to business line triaging and handling research requests, issues, system remediations, and bug fixes. • Manages ticket and PCR/break fixes timely and with high quality. • Has strong communication skills required to interact with the business and clients to resolve issues or discuss requirements provided. • Takes ownership of daily file monitoring for client(s) and coordinating scheduling conflicts/delays. • Ability to extract and analyze complex data from systems using SQL.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting production systems, including analyzing requirements. • 2 years of experience with SQL scripts with the ability to extract, interpret, and analyze complex data sets. • At least 2 years of hands-on experience working with mainframe applications (CCS and/or MSP) with quality results. • Experience triaging incidents, managing tickets or break/fix items, and coordinating with business and technology partners to resolve issues. • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical information for non-technical stakeholders and support cross-functional collaboration.
