📋 Description
• Provide exceptional service to policyholders as a Field Property Adjuster • Conduct on-site inspections and prepare estimates for claims • Handle virtual claims using software platforms • Investigate property claims and interpret policies • Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and video • Negotiate claims settlements and maintain detailed records • Complete documentation accurately and timely
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience writing water damage estimates preferred • Previous experience as a property adjuster preferred • Proficiency in estimating software like Xactimate preferred • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel • Must be able to carry a 50-pound ladder and access roofs up to 6/12 pitch • Must reside within 50 miles of an airport
