📋 Description

• Manage a team of graphic designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the successful execution of projects. • Oversee the creation of designs for various digital and offline media, including but not limited to websites, social media graphics, print collateral, and branding materials. • Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs, preferences, and objectives, and translate them into actionable design briefs. • Review and approve final design concepts, ensuring they align with client expectations and brand guidelines. • Lead brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to generate innovative ideas and concepts. • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team. • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of high-quality design solutions. • Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages creativity, teamwork, and professional growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role. • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, as well as other relevant design software. • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects across various industries and media. • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Creative thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail. • Knowledge of digital, print, and apparel graphics.
