📋 Description
• Provide production support and incident triage. • Monitor systems and perform patch/vulnerability remediation support. • Handle backup/restore and disaster recovery support. • Generate operational reports and ensure production readiness.
🎯 Requirements
• Remote, U.S. citizenship or Green Card is required for this position due to federal contract requirements. • Experience with 24x7 production support, incident triage, ServiceNow, RCA, monitoring, patch/vulnerability remediation support, backup/restore, DR support, operational reporting, and production readiness within approved EAG boundaries. This role is not a Cybersecurity Expert, DBA, or infrastructure administrator.
