📋 Description
• Operate within the Conversational Hub, connecting WhatsApp journeys with the production of advertising assets and digital campaigns • Ensure campaigns, creative assets, and conversational journeys evolve in an integrated manner • Orchestrate projects involving WhatsApp conversational journeys and advertising campaigns • Plan schedules and dependencies between campaigns, creative assets, and WhatsApp go-live • Ensure alignment between creative briefs and conversational logic • Organize and prioritize the channel's demand backlog • Monitor deliveries, risks, and key points of attention • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the channel's production process
🎯 Requirements
• Experience as a Project Manager in marketing, digital campaigns, and agency or martech environments • Experience in producing advertising assets and campaigns • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous deliveries • Strong communication skills with creative and technical teams • Nice-to-haves: experience with messaging channels (WhatsApp, chatbots, CRM, automations); experience with product-oriented digital projects or conversion-funnel initiatives; familiarity with UX, data, and campaign performance
