• Own a book of 5–15 advertiser accounts end-to-end • Grow the revenue line based on top-line growth • Tune Almedia's internal ROAS targets per offer, geo, and OS • Catch problems before advertisers do and proactively manage campaigns • Document improvements to the Growth team's operating procedures every week
• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach • Fluency in English and Korean is required • Familiarity with platform-marketing metrics like ROAS, LTV, retention, and ARPU • Experience with MMPs like AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular • Ability to translate commercial and technical communications effectively
