📋 Description

• Receive and analyze cases submitted through GLPI/Workflow • Complete checklists and verify eligibility documentation • Issue contracts in insurers’ systems • Monitor and resolve outstanding issues • Update proposal statuses in GLPI/Workflow • Analyze the rules established in contracts • Clarify questions regarding sales and eligibility rules • Negotiate with insurers when necessary • Control implementations in Protheus/Quiver • Send internal welcome communications to the Relationship team • Approve registrations in Protheus/Quiver • Manage the department’s corporate email inbox • Participate in training on new products and supplier updates • Register brokers with healthcare providers, insurers, and administrators • Work primarily with group enrollment and Small Business Segment I clients (up to 29 lives)

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma • Previous experience with implementation processes, including document and eligibility analysis, is preferred • Knowledge of the issuance systems used by major insurers and healthcare providers (SAS, Bradesco, Amil, Porto, Hapvida) is preferred • Microsoft Office / Google Workspace • Knowledge of PME/ANS benefits eligibility rules • Organized and analytical profile, with a sense of urgency and strong attention to detail
