📋 Description
• Ensure the dispatch of billing kits properly checked to clients, within established SLAs, to ensure payments are processed by their due dates. • Receive and verify the billing files/data sent by the client, ensuring they comply with contractual rules. • When analysis of the Enrollment/Application Form is required, be responsible for checking, sending, and following up with the insurer and the client. • Upload files to insurers' websites or send them by email. • Download invoices via insurers' websites/channels, verify them and send to clients; if inconsistencies are found, return them to the insurer for correction. • Store files provided by clients and insurers in each client's internal system. • Prepare reports and allocations using internal tools, according to the client's requested format. • Send billing kits, within established SLAs, containing the required files, by email or system to clients. • Negotiate due-date extensions for boletos (payment slips) with insurers/operators in case of an internal failure or delay. • Clarify clients' questions via email or phone. • Process endorsement entries in Alper's internal system. • Keep internal controls duly completed and updated. • Focus on SME clients (up to 200 lives).
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma required; university studies in Business Administration, Insurance, or related fields are desirable. • Office suite / Google Workspace • Basic knowledge of Group Life Insurance • Behavioral: Commitment to delivery quality; organized, analytical, good communication skills
