📋 Description

• Responsible for the functional development of our ERP system Odoo with a focus on finance processes and their related end-to-end chains, including Order-to-Cash, Purchase-to-Pay and other relevant accounting processes. • Drive cross-functional collaboration with Finance, IT and other stakeholders by aligning on goals, scope and priorities. • Manage the backlog, translate business requirements into actionable work items, define acceptance criteria and ensure clear documentation. • Prioritize features, tasks and bugs and continuously improve the issue board with a clear structure. • Drive roadmap topics from concept through implementation. • Monitor scope, schedule and budget and ensure transparent communication of status, risks and decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Odoo. • Senior-level expertise in accounting & finance within an ERP context (e.g., closing, reporting, control mechanisms, compliance). • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) as well as traditional approaches (e.g., Waterfall, classical project management) and the ability to apply both effectively depending on the context. • Assertiveness combined with an analytical, structured and pragmatic working style. • Background in economics or a degree in STEM / Business (or equivalent qualification). • Excellent written and verbal English skills (mandatory); French is a plus; German is an advantage.
