📋 Description

• Actively integrate technical innovations into our infrastructure • Rethink the Developer Experience and drive the development team forward technically • Support the team in infrastructure, DevOps and technical automation • Work closely with the Team Lead on technical decisions, rapid prototyping and the introduction of new tools • Take responsibility for CI/CD, observability and security topics in the team's daily work • Validate innovations through rapid prototyping • Implement new AI solutions and provide training for colleagues

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in software development • Proven experience in full-stack web development (web technologies, backend & frontend) • Several years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure or platform engineering • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring/observability systems and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Puppet, Terraform or similar) • Experience with workflow automation and AI tools (required) • Excellent German and English skills
