Alpha USA is a nonprofit Christian organization that runs the Alpha course across the United States. It provides video-based series (Alpha, Alpha Youth), leader resources, training, and support to help churches, schools, universities, workplaces, prisons, and online communities host conversational series exploring life, faith, and meaning. Alpha USA organizes events and conferences, offers specialized tracks (e. g. , Spanish, Chinese, Catholic contexts), and supplies free materials and digital tools (MyAlpha) to equip volunteers and leaders for outreach and discipleship.

📋 Description

• Provide strategic thought and leadership to Alpha USA’s technology ecosystem. • Own and execute the organization’s technology strategy in alignment with Alpha’s mission. • Serve as the primary leader for all technology platforms, systems, and integrations. • Lead, develop, and manage the IT & systems team with clear accountability. • Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, renewals, and budget stewardship.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field is preferred. • Proven technology leader with experience governing and evolving a multi-platform technology environment in service of organizational mission. • Familiarity with Salesforce as an organizational platform. • Strong people leadership experience, including developing teams and holding accountability. • 7+ years of progressive experience in technology, systems, or IT leadership; nonprofit or mission-driven experience preferred.
