📋 Description

• Support commercial electrical projects from preconstruction through closeout alongside Project Managers and field leadership • Assist with RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement tracking, and project documentation management • Coordinate with field teams, vendors, subcontractors, and clients to maintain project flow and communication • Review construction drawings, specifications, schedules, and electrical documentation for accuracy and coordination • Track project progress, material deliveries, manpower updates, and schedule milestones across active projects • Participate in project meetings, site visits, and coordination efforts with internal and external stakeholders • Maintain organized project records, logs, and reporting throughout the construction lifecycle • Assist with cost tracking, billing support, forecasting updates, and project status reporting • Help identify and resolve field coordination issues, scheduling conflicts, and documentation gaps • Support multiple commercial electrical projects simultaneously in a fast-paced construction environment

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in commercial construction, electrical construction, or project engineering environments • Experience working for an electrical contractor, general contractor, or specialty subcontractor preferred • Understanding of commercial construction processes, project documentation flow, and field coordination • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project schedules • Familiarity with Bluebeam, Procore, Autodesk, Microsoft Project, or similar construction software preferred • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to operate in a fast-paced project environment • Must be comfortable supporting active field operations and interacting with superintendents, foremen, and project teams • Commercial construction experience is required; residential-only experience will not be considered.
