📋 Description
• Collaborate with marketing and retention teams to bring campaigns to life • Design engaging, high-converting emails that reflect the Alpha Lion brand • Execute full email production 50+ unique campaign emails, ensuring all deliverables are on time, pixel-perfect, and pre-scheduled in advance • Apply direct-response design principles to create emails that perform • Perform A/B and multivariate testing to refine creative elements • Maintain quality and accuracy through a structured QA process • Manage the email design asset library and continuously improve design workflows • Stay ahead of design and email trends, bringing fresh ideas and innovations
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in email design (preferably in-house, not agency-based) • Expertise in Klaviyo — other ESPs do not apply • Strong skills in Figma for design preview, collaboration, and feedback • Proven ability to design and produce high-volume, high-quality email campaigns in e-commerce • Deep understanding of direct-response design, UX for email, and conversion optimization • Education in Graphic Design or a related creative field — strong visual design foundation required • Experience with A/B testing, responsive design, and QA for cross-device rendering • Located in Latin America, able to work in a remote, fast-paced, high-accountability environment
