📋 Description

• Partner with the Director of Research to develop and maintain a strategic sector roadmap • Manage and mentor a team of Project Managers overseeing Directed Content projects • Collaborate with Operations Managers to align operational KPIs to coverage strategy • Own expert budget management for your sector • Oversee a structured QA process to ensure transcript standards • Monitor engagement data and identify coverage gaps • Shape content to support revenue-generating efforts • Establish feedback loops with call takers and project teams • Collaborate with North America directed content teams for consistency • Partner with Operations and Product teams to pilot AI-enabled tools • Maintain familiarity with developments in Energy & Industrials sector

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in equity research, market intelligence, consulting, or a related analytical role within Energy & Industrials (E&I) • Deep domain expertise in Energy & Industrials (E&I) with a strong grasp of the key players, business models, and industry trends • Strong understanding of European and Asian equity markets • Proven people management experience • Ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable research projects • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and critical-thinking skills • Strong command of project economics • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration
