📋 Description

• Facilitate the management of global talent needs through the global mobility program. • Own individual work authorization, immigration, and relocation cases end-to-end. • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations. • Manage immigration and visa sponsorship cases using Envoy. • Coordinate relocations with PerchPeek ensuring they are on schedule and budget. • Maintain compliance across jurisdictions for global mobility programs. • Design and improve work authorization and relocation policies. • Shape visa sponsorship strategy with business leaders.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in global mobility, immigration, or related fields. • Deep experience in U.S. immigration and knowledge of other countries: U.K., Finland, India, Singapore, Canada, and Ireland. • Ability to execute complex cases flawlessly and redesign processes for efficiency. • Highly detail-oriented and organized. • Experience in relocation program design and operational mechanisms. • Familiarity with employer of record models; Deel experience is a plus. • Strong communication skills to explain complex topics and build relationships.
