📋 Description

• Drive strategic design initiatives • Translate complex, data-rich problems into intuitive, high-quality experiences • Bring clarity to ambiguity and define end-to-end workflows • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and AI teams • Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints • Mentor other designers and contribute to design systems

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product design • Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field • Deep expertise in designing end-to-end customer workflows • Highly proficient in design and prototyping tools • Strong collaboration with engineering teams • Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Actively leverage AI to augment your design process • Strong awareness of emerging AI and search technologies • Proven ability to lead complex projects end-to-end • Demonstrated experience mentoring and developing other designers • Excellent communication and storytelling skills • Highly curious, thoughtful, and driven • Experience in financial services, investment workflows, or data-heavy SaaS products is a plus.
