📋 Description

• Help customers choose the right HVAC system with confidence • Talk with homeowners and contractors to understand their project • Use design tools to build system recommendations • Explain trade-offs clearly and guide customers toward the best fit equipment • Prepare a clear design summary for order finalization • Help customers feel informed and confident in their decisions • You do not need to be an HVAC expert; training is provided

🎯 Requirements

• Enjoy helping people solve real problems • Are naturally curious and like learning how things work • Can ask good questions without sounding scripted • Can explain technical ideas in simple, everyday language • Are comfortable guiding a conversation and keeping it moving • Think through options and trade-offs without overcomplicating things • Have the judgment to recommend a direction, not just list possibilities • Build trust by listening carefully and speaking clearly • Like using technology, software, and AI tools to learn faster and work better • Take ownership instead of waiting for step-by-step instructions • Stay calm when a customer is confused, uncertain, or overwhelmed • Care about getting the customer into the right system, not just any system • HVAC experience is helpful but is **not required**.
