📋 Description
• Lead and execute new projects within the Geology department (contaminated sites, brownfield redevelopment, geotechnical site investigations) • Support and advise existing and new clients • Responsibility for revenue and project profitability • Manage subcontractors for laboratory and drilling operations in your projects
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in geosciences, geology, civil engineering, chemical engineering, environmental engineering, or a comparable qualification • Professional experience in the relevant field • Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive approach and goal-oriented working style • Confident interaction with clients and team members • Strong communication skills • Self-initiative, commitment, reliability and ability to self-manage • Good IT skills • German language skills: at least C2 level in spoken and written (fluent communication in complex situations and subject areas) • Willingness to travel locally and a valid Class B driving license
