📋 Description

• Manage the operation and support of LAN, WAN, WLAN, and SD-WAN networks. • Administer and monitor Aruba environments, including switches, access points, and Aruba Central. • Lead technical teams, assigning activities and tracking performance and deliverables. • Monitor key performance indicators, SLAs, incidents, and environment availability. • Resolve critical issues and conduct root cause analysis. • Coordinate projects involving the deployment, expansion, upgrade, and improvement of network infrastructure. • Ensure documentation, standardization, and the implementation of security best practices. • Manage vendors, partners, and contracts related to infrastructure. • Collaborate with Information Security, Projects, Support, Sales, and other IT teams. • Identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and technological advancement across network environments.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed or ongoing higher education in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. • Experience managing network infrastructure and operations. • Experience with Aruba Networks, including Aruba Central, switches, and wireless solutions. • Knowledge of ITIL and IT service management best practices. • Technical English proficiency for reading documentation and interacting with manufacturers.
