🎯 Requirements

• Advanced education (Master's degree or equivalent, Bac +5) in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in a similar role with managerial or coordination responsibilities • Ability to navigate complex, international, multi-team environments • Configuration and customization of cloud applications (Salesforce, SharePoint, Workday, etc.) • Functional analysis and writing technical specifications • Basic knowledge of SQL, XML, and JSON • Understanding of software architectures and integration via API/REST/SOAP • Proficiency with technical support tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk) • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and ITIL processes • Good command of software quality standards and technical documentation • Analytical and structured mindset • Excellent communication skills, primarily in English • Collaborative leadership with product and technical teams • Proactive problem-solving abilities • Results- and quality-oriented
