📋 Description
• entwickelst und implementierst Machine-Learning- und KI-Modelle zur Analyse biologischer, klinischer oder technischer Daten • baust Data Pipelines (ETL, Integration, Transformation) auf und pflegst sie, um konsistente Datenstrukturen sicherzustellen • nutzt moderne Big-Data-Technologien (z. B. Spark, Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, Azure) zur Automatisierung von Prozessen • arbeitest eng mit interdisziplinären Teams aus R&D, IT, Regulatory und Qualitätssicherung zusammen • unterstützt bei der Validierung, Dokumentation und Compliance im GxP-Umfeld • führst explorative Datenanalysen durch, um Muster, Trends und Optimierungspotenziale zu identifizieren • präsentierst Ergebnisse und leitest daraus datengetriebene Handlungsempfehlungen ab
🎯 Requirements
• abgeschlossenes Studium in Data Science, Informatik, Bioinformatik, Mathematik, Physik, Chemie oder Ingenieurwissenschaften • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von ML-Modellen, Data-Pipelines und analytischen Anwendungen • Kenntnisse in Python, R, SQL, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn oder vergleichbaren Tools • Erfahrung mit Cloud-Plattformen (AWS, Azure, GCP) und Data-Engineering-Werkzeugen (z. B. Spark, Airflow, Docker) • mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem regulierten Umfeld (Pharma, Biotech oder MedTech) • Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift
