• Develop and oversee the career site strategy and its analytical monitoring • Improve user experience and conversion rates on multilingual platforms • Strengthen employer branding and optimize digital content using GenAI and SEO strategies • Map the candidate journey and enhance the experience through automated touchpoints • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure projects are executed successfully

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac +5) in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field • 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar role • Education in Marketing / Digital Marketing or equivalent • Experience in strategy and large-scale web UX design, ideally within employer branding • Proficiency in analytics tools, SEO, and candidate experience design • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
