📋 Description

• Design target infrastructure architectures covering compute, storage, networking, virtualization, and backup • Conduct audits of existing infrastructure and develop transformation roadmaps • Define hybrid architectures and interconnection strategies with public cloud environments • Design business continuity and disaster recovery plans (BCP/DRP) and validate them through testing • Provide technical leadership for migration, consolidation, and data center redesign projects • Define industrialization and automation standards, including Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management • Ensure consistency between infrastructure decisions and security requirements • Contribute to the technical drafting of responses to requests for proposals (RFPs), including design, technical rationale, sizing, and cost estimation • Present and defend proposals during client presentations • Contribute to the technical qualification of requirements and the development of proposed transformation roadmaps • Build and evolve packaged infrastructure offerings • Develop accelerators, including architecture repositories, decision matrices, sizing models, and audit toolkits • Contribute to the structuring of the Infrastructure practice and capture lessons learned • Facilitate the practice’s technical community • Participate in technical recruitment interviews and candidate qualification

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree, engineering degree, or equivalent, with relevant professional experience • At least 8 years of infrastructure experience, including 3 years in an architecture role • Proficiency in VMware vSphere and openness to alternatives such as Proxmox, Nutanix, and Hyper-V • Experience with Linux (RHEL, Debian), Windows Server, and Active Directory • Experience with SAN/NAS, backup, and replication solutions • Experience with routing, switching, segmentation, load balancing, and firewalling • Experience with Ansible, Terraform, PowerShell, Bash, and Python • Experience with Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, or equivalent tools • Understanding of IaaS models and cloud interconnection mechanisms • Strong awareness of security requirements, including hardening, segmentation, and privileged access management • Ability to take a high-level view without losing touch with operational realities • Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly • Initiative and expertise to help structure and develop a practice • Rigor and strong risk awareness • VMware VCP, Red Hat RHCE, Cisco CCNP, or equivalent certifications are a plus • A cloud certification at associate level or above is a plus
