📋 Description

• Manage operational tasks in the IT finance area, including budgeting, forecasting and invoice processing • Prepare and analyze project-related financial reports and KPIs, and coordinate with controlling, procurement and business units • Plan, steer and monitor complex IT projects in the context of regulatory and technological transformations • Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops and decision-making bodies, and document their outcomes • Identify risks early and proactively manage escalations • Analyze functional requirements and produce decision papers, status reports and functional specifications • Coordinate work packages across the entire project lifecycle • Take responsibility for resource, schedule and budget planning, and conduct cost-benefit analyses to support decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Project Management or a comparable qualification • Experience in IT project management, ideally in cloud or financial environments • Solid understanding of financial processes and their implementation in IT projects • Ability to work in a structured manner and document processes clearly • Proficiency with common PM tools such as MS Project and Jira • Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with diverse stakeholders • Fluent in German and English
