• Responsible for organizing and carrying out software deployments (software deployment) • Share IT support experience with the team • Analyze and resolve issues using common software tools • Work with current ticketing systems • Create and maintain technical documentation • Support project planning activities
🎯 Requirements
• Completed vocational training in IT or a degree in computer science • Extensive experience in IT support (2nd/3rd level) • Strong knowledge of software distribution and related tools • Excellent knowledge of Windows operating systems (client and server) • Experience with Azure DevOps, Remedy ARS and JIRA • Excellent written and spoken German (project language: German) • Good English skills
