• Timekeeping management – activity reports (validity of entries/modifications/deletions) • Data convergence between SAP and the time-tracking tool • Analyze discrepancies between the time-tracking tool and SAP: • Identify differences between costs recorded in the time-tracking tool and those in SAP. • Analyze the causes of these discrepancies and implement corrective actions to reconcile the two systems. • Analyze production variances: • Identify divergences in the number of reported working days and adjust the data to ensure consistency between the two systems. • Handling anomalies in the time-tracking tool: • Manage modification requests for activity reports: process change requests related to consultants' time entries in the Smart tool.
• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Management, Finance, or Management Control. • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role, with strong Excel skills. • Strong knowledge of general and managerial accounting. • Proficiency with finance and management control tools. • Excellent interpersonal skills. • Curiosity and ability to quickly adapt to the organization. • Customer service orientation. • Ability to work effectively in a team. • Autonomy and a proactive mindset with the ability to propose improvements as part of continuous improvement (dashboards, KPIs, processes). • Reliability, responsiveness, and proactivity. • Good command of French and English (written and spoken).
