• Operational management of production batches, ensuring correct execution of production activities. • Daily analysis of inventory, dynamic allocation of resources and achievement of targets (productivity, quality, KPIs). • Manage reporting, monitor performance indicators, implement action plans, lead team activities and maintain client relations. • Oversee the creation and updating of documentation. • Support the upskilling of resources, analyze and evolve processes, while remaining the client’s primary technical contact. • Ensure compliance with operating procedures, incident follow-up, knowledge capitalization and implementation of continuous improvement plans and cross-functional initiatives aimed at optimizing productivity, quality and industrialization of activities.
