📋 Description
• The core requirement is related to the design, planning and deployment of FTTH networks • The requested profiles (Design Manager, Planner, Administrative Coordinator, Billing Specialist) are focused on the operational implementation of a telecom network
🎯 Requirements
• Master’s degree (Bac +5) from an engineering school specialized in Networks and Telecommunications • 5 years or more of experience • Role as Design Manager / Planner • Deep understanding of fiber optic network design • Preparation of detailed plans and revisions • Knowledge of industry and regional standards • Proficiency in modern civil engineering methods • Ability to adapt to different network architectures and incorporate them into designs • Good understanding of equipment and technical terms related to design • Capacity and scalability analysis with proposals for appropriate solutions • Identification of issues and adjustment of project/design • Cost estimation and materials management (BoM & BoQ) • Documented tracking of quality and project completion • Reporting at all levels • Strong communication skills • English required: minimum B2
