📋 Description

• Manage quality activities during the development and industrialization of a new propulsion program. • Verify the application of quality methodology and contribute to continuous improvement. • Define the quality roadmap to achieve quality objectives. • Manage the action plan and provide forecasts. • Consolidate the quality process for milestones and deliverables. • Ensure the quality organization is implemented and act as a liaison with quality teams. • Ensure achievement of quality objectives for secondary launches.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Quality, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. • 1 to 3 years of experience in the automotive industry in a quality-related role. • Expertise in quality engineering with strong command of quality tools and methodologies. • Proficiency with PLM systems and strong Microsoft Excel skills (data analysis, reporting, KPI tracking). • Continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and optimize processes. • Excellent communication skills in French and English (spoken and written).
