📋 Description

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand and prioritize needs • Establish and maintain a clear vision for the product to be developed • Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, sprint review and retrospective • Work closely with the development team to clarify requirements, answer questions and resolve issues during the sprint • Encourage and support team autonomy • Participate in sprint planning with the development team to define sprint objectives • Select backlog items to be included in the sprint • Identify impediments that hinder the team's progress and work to resolve them • Provide support for conflict resolution and decision-making • Encourage the team to reflect on its processes and suggest improvements • Implement changes to increase the team's efficiency and the quality of its work • Provide Agile coaching to team members, the Product Owner and other stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Degree from an engineering school or a Master’s degree in engineering (Bac+5 equivalent) • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master • Proficiency with agile project management tools such as Jira • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) • Familiarity with software development environments (e.g., DevOps, CI/CD) • Strong organizational skills and rigor to structure and monitor agile processes • Team spirit and excellent communication skills to align stakeholders • Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
