📋 Description

• Develop and maintain AIV plans for spacecraft projects • Coordinate integration and verification activities across subsystems and teams • Plan resources and schedules to meet project requirements • Prepare, maintain, and operate test environments and test rigs • Manage hardware models, electrical layouts, and harness assemblies • Ensure proper configuration management for all test equipment and software • Support troubleshooting of hardware/software issues during testing • Monitor test progress, document results, and report on milestone achievements • Contribute to continuous improvement of AIV methods, tools, and processes • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering, or a related field • Minimum 5 years’ experience in AIV or spacecraft integration and verification roles • Space project experience is mandatory • Experience preparing and executing test campaigns for complex systems • Strong knowledge of spacecraft subsystems and interfaces • Familiarity with electrical harnesses, hardware assembly, and test rigs • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team • Experience with configuration management and test reporting
