• Audit and optimize existing monitoring dashboards • Verify the relevance and responsiveness of all metrics and alerts (Grafana, Azure Monitor, Prometheus, etc.) • Conduct real-world tests (simulated outages, service interruptions...) to ensure monitoring reflects reality • Modernize and standardize dashboard presentations according to OneCloud standards for an optimal user experience • Evolve the interface to make it clear, intuitive, and tailored to each team’s needs • Update and enrich documentation so it is accessible to everyone, from technicians to managers • Work in short iterations: test, fix, improve, communicate • Propose innovations to anticipate needs and strengthen monitoring reliability • Formalize and maintain technical documentation and communications
