• Responsible for analyzing business processes and identifying automation opportunities • Hands-on experience implementing solutions • Accountable for configuring and customizing ServiceNow platforms • Responsible for integrating ServiceNow solutions with other systems • Train customers and users on using ServiceNow • Responsible for coordinating and driving digitalization projects • Evaluate existing operational processes and manage continuous improvement in line with the IT services strategy
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in Business Informatics or an equivalent qualification • Strong technical knowledge of common web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular, React, etc. • Experience delivering high-quality services with incentives tied to SLAs/performance standards • Experience establishing lean and efficient processes • Focus on usability and the ability to empathize with end users • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
