📋 Description

• You coordinate the day-to-day business • (Further) development of your team through training and guidance • Merchandising – implementation of visual presentation guidelines • Planning of in-store activities • Efficient and effective staff planning • Commercial/store performance analysis • Active selling

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification • Relevant experience in textile/apparel retail and preferably experience in store management • Strong affinity for numbers and sound commercial/business acumen • Leadership skills and strong interpersonal competence • Strong interest in fashion and trends • Team player with good communication skills • Familiar with the Microsoft Office suite
