📋 Description

• ALTEN México is a leading engineering and technology consulting firm that provides innovative solutions across industries including Automotive, Energy, Aerospace, Banking & Insurance, and Telecommunications. • Global presence in 30 countries and over 57,000 skilled professionals. • ALTEN is dedicated to delivering excellence and driving digital transformation for clients. • Looking for an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead and oversee infrastructure projects, ensuring on-time, within-scope, and within-budget delivery. • The successful candidate will have a strong background in infrastructure management and project delivery, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. • Key responsibilities: Manage and direct multiple infrastructure projects from initiation to completion; Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders; Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution while adhering to best practices; Implement project management methodologies and tools to track progress, manage risks, and ensure adherence to quality standards; Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates and addressing issues; Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications; Identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend improvements for infrastructure management.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • Are welcome JR, MID or Sr profiles. • Understanding of infrastructure technologies and systems. • PMP or similar project management certification is preferred. • Proficient in project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or PRINCE2. • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. • Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
